After 9 years as a Sales Associate, I’m changing my approach
to my business in a way that I hope you’ll see as beneficial to you.
First, let me begin by apologizing for not staying in touch with you. It’s been quite a while since we last
spoke and that, of course, is my fault.
Up until now, my focus was always on doing everything I could to assist my customers during the time it
took to find and/or sell a house. In today’s market, I no longer believe that’s enough. Many of my
customers find themselves nervous and unsure about when and whether to move. They have questions and
concerns, but no professional to address them,
perhaps that describes you, too. If it does, I’d really like to help. And that’s the difference.
From now on, it’s my goal to create good working relationships that will last over time. In other words, I’d
like you to think of me as a professional you can consult whenever you have a question, just as you’d
consult your lawyer or your accountant. I keep up on exactly what’s happening in the real estate market –
not just nationally and in general, but very specifically for your neighborhood and the surrounding area.
